Our Tools

Mental Health First Aid & QPR Certification Courses

Certifications to identify early signs and symptoms of a mental health challenge while preparing to manage a crisis including thoughts of suicide, overdose or psychosis.

Trainings to Manage Stress & Prevent Burnout

To help individuals and organizations learn the impact of trauma on communities, how to help someone who is activated, and how to manage toxic stress.

Grief Recovery Workshops

The impact of grief on organizations is underestimated. Participants learn about the physical impacts of grief and how to support someone who is grieving.

Technical Assistance & Consultation

To help organizations and leaders to support their teams with trauma informed management practices and policies. Can also include organizational needs assessment, strategic planning and meeting facilitation related to workforce well-being and outward facing community services.

Leadership Development & Coaching 

To ensure that leaders have the tools they need to execute trauma responsive practices while balancing business needs. This can include 1:1 coaching or small group work."

Curriculum & Materials Development

To support organizational learning objectives for professional development with content focused on the areas of mental health, trauma and adversity response, grief recovery, crisis intervention, and resilience leadership. This work can include population specific materials that are responsive to varied needs.
